This is Jim's last event as Fellowship Office, so he is going out with a bit of a bang by booking us in at The Pipe & Glass Inn, in South Dalton. East Yorkshires first and only 'One Michelin Star' Restaurant.
We will have a 4 course meal that will be the best meal we have ever had. The Head Chef and proprietor will great us and have a little pre-dinner chat and be available for questions and chat after the meal.
This should be an truely excellent experience - the Michellin guide is the marker by which all restaurants worldwide are judged - this restuarant is held to the same standard as famous places such as Gordon Ramsey at
Clarridges, Atol Kulchar's Benares, Gary Rhodes' Rhodes 24, The Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh, The Maze, L'Autre Pied and is considered to be better than any of the Jamie Oliver restaurants. Many of us will not have eaten
at Michellin star restaurants and some of us may not get the chance to do so again.
